(Or using conductive systems indoors)<\/p>\n<p><em>The art of \u201cearthing\u201d believes that our bodies are meant to come into contact with the Earth on a regular daily basis for balancing our electrical system and healing.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The cells in our human bodies have electrical energy and we\u2019re getting a high amount of positive electrons building up in our bodies by the prevalence of electromagnetic waves from cell phones and Wi Fi gadgets.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>When we are \u201cgrounded\u201d, any free radical\u2019s or electron deficiencies are corrected.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Electrons are the source of antioxidant power and the electrons from the ground potently neutralizes and quenches free radicals that otherwise rip off electrons from healthy tissue, the cause of tissue damage and chronic inflammation.<\/p>\n<p>Those scoundrel free radicals (positive electrons) build up in our bodies and direct contact with the earth (a grounding force) balances this out since it is a negative grounding charge.<\/p>\n<p>In early times, mankind spent a great deal\u2026if not most of his time outdoors in contact with the earth, gardening, walking, hunting and tilling the soil.<\/p>\n<h3>Earthing or grounding has many benefits:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Protecting your body from EMF\u2019s<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Reduces or eliminates snoring<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Eliminates jet lag<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Reduces menstrual symptoms<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Reduces chronic pain<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Improves sleep<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Boosts energy<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Lowers stress while promoting calmness<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Improves mood<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Normalizes appetite (great for anyone struggling to<a title=\"Conquering the Dreaded Weight Loss Plateau\" href=\"http:\/\/stopweightlossresistance.com\/articles\/weight-loss-basics\/conquering-the-dreaded-weight-loss-plateau\/\"> lose weight)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Recently, Laura Koniver, MD conducted a 10 week study examining the relationship between earthing and weight. Those who participated touched the earth for a minimum of 15 minutes a day for 10 weeks.
